The enduro clubs of Southern Ohio are excited to announce the
formation of the Appalachian Championship Enduro Series (ACES). For
its inaugural season, eight events have been scheduled and will be
organized by the following clubs: Appalachian Dirt Riders, Athens
Motorcycle Club, Chillicothe Enduro Riders, Enduro Riders Association,
New Straitsville Enduro Riders, Treaty City Motorcycle Club, and
Zanesville Trail Riders.
This list includes some of the pioneers of organized events in Ohio as
well as newcomers such as Zanesville Trail Riders. Each club will bring
a unique perspective while working toward the common goal of
promoting a premier series with quality events to grow ACES into a
regional series. Ultimately, ACES wants to expand its events throughout
Ohio and surrounding states. This series will be sanctioned by the AMA
and will run according to AMA rules.
